When
you book a holiday with a Goodlife Villa
Service client you benefit from the 24hr
support service we offer, our mobile phone
is on and we are always ready to answer any
and all of your questions from things to do
through to places to eat.
We also ask all clients to provide a mobile
phone number Goodlife Villa Services will
contact all holiday clients via text just
before their holiday to introduce ourselves
and ensure you have our phone number should
you run into any difficulties during your
journey to the villa.
Meet and Greets -
Many holiday clients are
understandably nervous about getting lost
and not being able to locate the villa,
Goodlife Villa Services offer a full meet
and greet service, we will arrange to meet
you as you leave the motorway and escort you
to the villa.
Many of our clients advertising under the
Holiday Villas section have elected to
include this service as part of their
holiday package, others provide excellent
directions, with the meet and greet as an
additional offer.
Welcome Packs -
After a
long journey many people just want to sit
down and relax when they arrive at their
destination, as a matter of course Goodlife
Villa Services will ensure that every villa
has milk, water tea and coffee for your
arrival.
However we do also offer a welcome pack
service, this can range from just some
drinks through to a full shop for the first
meal, we will purchase anything requested
for clients and ensure its all in the fridge
etc waiting for your arrival. In these cases
the receipt is left at the villa and the
holiday client leaves payment upon
departure.
Again many of our clients have elected to
provide a welcome pack as part of their
holiday package; others offer it as an
addition.
